Corporate culture
This is how emotionally we celebrate. Among all the holidays, there are 2 corporate events a year that stand out. Besides fun and relaxation, we sum up our achievements, recognize leaders, express gratitude, and present certificates and gifts.
Our good tradition is a joint birthday celebration and gift-giving during the morning five-minute break. Every company leader and department head also receives a gift from the team and heartfelt words of congratulations on their birthday.
We value unity, care, and collaboration, so every celebration becomes special and unforgettable

New Year Celebration
Health care…
… helps us to be efficient, motivated, and happy in both work and life as a whole.
We kick off our workday with a group warm-up routine. And twice a year, for an entire month, we invite a massage therapist to provide assistance to every team member.
We organize excursions for the children and grandchildren of our employees. We conduct community clean-up events to maintain a pleasant work environment. During summer and before the New Year, the entire team embarks on vacations.
We have a Viber group where we communicate, share useful information, and exchange inspiring materials to facilitate personal and professional growth.
